We always love catching up with this adorable family, and this time we met on a cool, autumn morning in Patterson Creek Park.
Little Athena circled around us, excited to meet that fall morning in a park full of ducks. This October session was filled with colour as the recent windy weather had blown many leaves onto the green grass. This created the perfect contrast for an Ottawa morning.
The neighbourhood sits close in this family’s heart as the couple has grown into a family here. Blocks away, Edward and Chelsea married in their backyard on a warm, June day. Since then, we’ve explored Mer Bleue with a young Athena, and since it’s been a joy to see her grow in the city her parents adore.
The park itself showcases a vibrant community with a waterway that leads to the canal. This can only offer the perfect background for a family session, as there was lots of colour and space to explore.
