This destination wedding had us bright eyed and ready to capture every magical moment that unfolded.
Jessica & Jesse tied the knot in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic in February 2019. While Ottawa, Ontario was covered in a record-hitting snowfall, this stunning group embraced the hot sun under the shade of palm trees.
We captured Jessica & Jesse’s engagement session this past fall 2018 in Ottawa’s Glebe. Just like their urban session, their destination wedding surely was one-of-a-kind.
The adventurous lovebirds wed early in their stay, leaving the rest of their vacation spent exploring the island from the Paradisus Punta Cana Resort.
We loved the timeline for the day-of, leaving us ample time for portraits and candid shots! The ceremony was lit by the golden, setting sun which cascaded into some intimate portraits both posed and natural.
The reception had the crowd cheering, and even a few wedding crashers trying to join the wild celebration. Nonetheless, this day provided quaint, romantic moments that melted the hearts of all.
